Budget Assumptions:
1.)	Most days involve only 2 or 3 cast members at a time.
2.)	A 13 day schedule -- 10 hours/days (crew) -- no nights after 10pm.
3.)	No set dressing -- use locations "as is" -- props supplied by producer
4.)	Camera supplied by producer (or camera operator).
5.)	Minimal camera set ups -- no specilized equipment.
	(tripod & handheld, basic zoom lens, auto focus)
6.)	Minimal lighting set ups -- equipment owned.
	(all night scenes in script will be changed to day or D for N)
	(emphasis on camera angles and composition, v.s. perfect lighting)
7.)	One sound person recording directly to camera (mixer/mics owned)
8.)	No costumes -- except for the two leads (via a consignment deal)
9.)	No make-up, or hair departments.
10.)	Minimal use of extras --  about 10 needed on 4 days.
11.)	Donated picture cars.
12.)	Fifty % of scenes in one location (which we have for an extended time).
13.)	No "set moves" within any one day
14.)	Plenty of time for talent to rehearse and get good performances.
15.)	No  shots involving moving vehicles (i.e. action cut before).
16.)	No shots involving city permits.
